My computer is currently stuck in what I think is a boot loop, unable to enter windows.

The problems started with my computer after installing the new windows 10 update (makers update). The night before I installed all updates ans shut it down. The following day I tried to start the computer, during this time I was able to boot Windows into the loading screen but during loading it would always bluescreen. Once the bluescreen showed up it restarted and the whole thing happend over and over again.
This is where I started troubleshooting, at first just trying a manual reboot, later unplugging anything unnecessary. Unfortunately this didn't fix the issue. During the reboots I noticed the loops were getting shorter, from booting into windows to just showing the BIOS. I entered the BIOS to check and see if there were any problems there but everything looked fine, I didn't change any settings.
The boot loop was now only 20 seconds short and entering the BIOS was not possible anymore. I tried removing components and starting with just the CPU, one stick of ram and the PSU connected but even in this configuration the problem remained. Cleared CMOS to see if there was a problem within the BIOS setting but that also didn't work. I suspected there to be a problem with the PSU and went ahead and replaced that. Even with the new PSU the problem is still there.
I purchased a motherboard speaker to see if that shows any results but I am starting to run out of options and I'm not really sure how to fix this anymore. I'm assuming the problem is with the motherboard and was hoping maybe you guys have some insight.
