This is due to me not wanting an external bluetooth dongle if possible. They just seem trashy to me... but I guess if there's no other way **** it.

Here's one good PCI-E x1 card which mostly is wireless network adapter. But it also has Bluetooth 4.2 transmitter/ receiver,

Will I have to use the antennae if I am just using it for bluetooth? I have a cat-7 cable running to my on board ethernet controller so its not going to be used for wifi ever just for a DS4 Controller.

You'll need to use antennae if you want to use only Bluetooth since the PCI-E card doesn't have internal antennae for Bluetooth only.

As far as wi-fi goes, you don't need to install wi-fi drivers, only Bluetooth ones,
