Gigabyte Gaming G1 RX 480 8 GB black screen

Hello. Bought a new Gigabyte RX 480 gaming G1 8GB and when i log into any games likes Star Wars Battlefront or Battlefield 1, or DOOM with Vulkan, even Unigine Heaven, the GPU fan spins loudee than ever. Temps are fine but screen goes blank. Used all drivers starting from 16.10 to latest. Nothing happened. Downclocked. No use. Tried it on my FX 8350 and Gaming G1 970 mobo with 500 watt Gigabyte psu. Same issue. Genuine windows 10 anniversary. Even tried on windows 7. Nothing works. Help me.

Primarys setup: 
Antec 650 watt psu
Core i7 4770
Gigabyte B85M S2P or something.
NZXT S340 Elite.

sounds like a faulty GPU if you've already tested on another PC, better get a replacement from where you bought it or process an RMA request from gigabyte
