[SOLVED] Gigabyte GeForce® RTX 2080 SUPER™ WINDFORCE stuck at 1650hz.

Gigabyte GeForce® RTX 2080 SUPER™ WINDFORCE. Aorus Engine is set to 1830hz, but my NZXT cam app and FurMark states that it stuck at 1650hz.

Are you running multiple pieces of monitoring software at the same time? They can sometimes interfere with readings.

What temperature was the gpu? It will only boost if temperatures are within certain limits and if it hasn’t hit a power limit. My 2080S will boost to 1920-1965mhz during 3DMark but doesn’t go over 70c.
