Question Gigabyte GeForce 1660 Ti WF 6 GB OC

I bought Gigabyte GeForce 1660 Ti WF 6 GB OC andwhen I connected her and started PC Win 10 load slow after log in screen,ponter stops for a 2-3 seconds,aplication need time to open,game crashes or simple just get black screen and so on.
My configuration:
i3-8350K
16 gb DDR4
TUF Asus Z370 Plus Gaming
SoundBlasterX AE-5
OZC Vertex 256 gb SSD
WD Black 500 gb
WD Green 1 Tb
2xUSB HDD's 320 and 160 Gb,both WD
AntecTtruePower Classic 750W

Can any one solve the mystery?
Graphic card working fine in PC in PC Shop.

did you use ddu to uninstall the old gpu driver?

yes.
even install new drivers.
but on PC in shop card is working without installing drivers.just plug and play

brand new graphic card.
I think that I have connected every 8 pin PCI-E connector into graphic card.
I think so.
I have 6x6+2 pin

what connection are you using to connect monitor to gpu? dvi/dp/hdmi?

CPU is water cooled and hardly during summer at full load goes over 62 degree
GPU new one hardly going over 55 degree

what slot did you put the sound card at?

old graphic card was Asus Phoenix 1050 Ti
sound card is in PCI-E x1 port.not close to graphic card.
one PCI-E x1 port away from PSU and 1 port away from GPU

Is it culd be that PSU is somehow broken and it can power 1050 Ti and not give extra power to 1660 Ti?

what slot did you put the sound card at?

I have put Gigabyte 1080 Gaming G1 in PCIe port with same PSU and card is working as it should.
Asus did not yet release BIOS update to fix GPU incompatibility for cards with GDDR6 memory.

I did return graphic card,got new one from EVGA and same thing happens.
Later I have notice that all motherboard manufacturers but Asus had BIOS update on Z370 motherboards to fix graphic card compatibility.
Only Asus did not release any BIOS to fix that problem.
Only RTX and GTX cards with GDDR6 memory do not work on Z370 motherboard without BIOS fix.
So,I was tired of waiting for Asus to fix issue and change my 1660 Ti for 1080 with some streamer who needed streaming chip on 1660 Ti
