[SOLVED] Gigabyte Geforce 970 Windforce 3 thermal throttling

hi
i have this card for a long time recently I’ve notice that the gpu getting really hot really fast, when I run OCCT for the GPU the temp going up in 10s to 92 deg and the clock going down from 1240Mhz to 1113Mhz, I’ve already tried to replace the thermal past and pad and it did not help.
Any ides what can be the problem?

Running a stress testing tool for GPUs might very well indeed induce loads that they'd never see in any actual game (akin to the most severe Prime95/small FFTs, with AVX/AVX2 loads for CPUs), so, if not seeing any throttling in actual games, I'd consider accepting that some stress testing tools will indeed induce throttling in your GPU...
