In terms of performance gigabyte is 3% better stock (however OCing should close that gap to nearly nothing.) So it comes down to looks and size.

Also worth noting the gigabyte model has 2x DVI, 1x HDMi 1x DP. The asus model has 1x DVI 2x HDMI and 2x DP so asus wins there.
