Recently just upgraded to the 2070S from my old MSI 1050 Ti. Did a whole fresh install and wiped my pc for the new GPU. Installed all the latest drivers, but the FPS just isn't as crazy as I expected its similar to my benchmarks with the 1050-ti. The GPU is paired with a Intel i7-6700k.I have tested various amount of games, I tried COD Modern Warefare I had around 100-140 fps everything turned up 1920x1080 but I got tons of frame drops aswell it would hop up to 140 then dip to as low as 70 at points. I haven't overclocked anything yet either. Just looking for some possible fix's to help.
