That looks like some sort of test/burn mode, but looking through the manual I didn't see any settings for it.

Can you bring up any of the menu options at all?

If so maybe you can reset it, or potentially there'd be a separate option on the menu page that doesn't look like it belongs. Older Gigabyte screens had an F which would show up, but I couldn't find anything for this one. If none of this helps definitely contact Gigabyte support they should be able to point you in the right direction.

Omg my savior, my god bless you!! I js checked the monitors settings/menu on both and there was a wierd little F symbol up top so I opened the menu as well on my other monitor and saw there wasn't one so I pressed reset on the menu the F disappeared and it fixed it!!! its back to normal no more wierd glitching thing!! I don't know what happened or how that happened does that normaly happen? How did it appear? how did it turn on? I was away the whole day and it was fine this morning do you think the button is faulty? as the menu was also previously glicthing as well a few days ago opening by itself. But truly thank you tom's harware community is the best theres always someone willing to help thank you and thanks guys!

From what I found when looking up information it sounds like there's a button combination which can kick it into this mode. I think it's fair to say if you were having these issues with the menu and whatnot this was probably the cause. Check the buttons to make sure there's nothing stuck in there at the very least.
