Gigabyte GT 740 OC 2GB DDR5 Or XFX R7 250X 2GB DDR5! Which one is the best option

Gigabyte GT 740 and XFX R7 250X (Both 2GB DDR5) which one is the best choice.? Under 450W PSU and VGA Connection. Not for Extreme Gaming!!! For entry level gamers and Photoshop users. I have 4GB of RAM (1333Mhz) upgrading to 8GB. Suggest me the best please guys. Thanks in advance

You can find a r7 360 for 100-110$ which is a rebadged r7 260x and is much faster than these two cards. You can play latest games at 1080p high settings on this card (not ultra). However if you want a low powered gpu which doesn't consumes much power and also doesn't need an auxilary power cable then go for gt 740 2gb gddr5 version. You can find this one on amazon for around 90$. R7 250x actually is faster, but gt 740 supports true directx12 and performs equivalent to gtx650 . Go for gt740 if you have a shitty psu otherwise I would recommend r7 360.

Thanks for the advice. I'm going to buy GT740 OC DDR5 2GB. I think it is the better choice.
