Hey guys I recently got the a new motherboard(Asus 970 gaming) and new graphics card(Gigabyte Gtx 1050) And when i put on my computer
it makes 1 short beep and 3 long beeps and i get no response from the monitor and all my parts are brand new. And i don't know what to do.

My Psu: Rosewell 750 watt
THe Gpu: Gigabyte 1050 2gb
Ram:16gb of ddr3 g.skill
Cpu: amd fx 8350

Solution
Check your memory. Do this by removing all memory sticks, then installing ONE memory stick. Try to boot up. Make sure it's properly seated and locked in. Occasionally I have had computers I built not boot up and it's almost always been because a memory stick is not fully seated and locked in.

i tried that and it did not work

That means both MB and GPU are bad.
