I got a Gtx 1050 Ti, but I don't know if it can be powered by PCI-E slot. Is it safe to use that converter or it will destroy the pc? I can't buy the proper PSU

I have an asrock super alloy n68-gs4 fx r2.0 motherboard. Can my PCI-e 16x power the gtx 1050 ti?

Solution
If it needs a 6 pin you need a better PSU to power the 1050ti. If it is a 1050ti with a 6 pin , you need to insert a 6 pin from a PSU not an adapter. Slot won't properly power the card.
