all stock for the 9010 except for a custom power supply (300w), im just new to custom PCs so please just be easy on me.

Solution
It lists in the techical specification I attached above that we have two slots

1 half height PCIe x16
1 half height PCIe x16 (wired x 4)
There is nothing stenciled on the mobo, the HD 7570 is an option (60W) so one of the slots must provide more than 25W. It appears to be one 75W slot and one 25W slot.
I believe that you will need a single slot low profile card so it will fit in the case. I could not find any single slot low profile 1050 Ti's.

As well, your system comes with a 240 Power Supply Unit (PSU) so that will limit your choices.

Next, you will have to validate the power capability of the PCI-e x16 slot. Check this link for more info

im incredibly nooby plz forgive if it doesnt fit and i dont really know my computers to well

Unfortunately it won't fit, this is a double slot width card, that is, it takes up two of the expansion slots at the back of the case.

Truth is that I could not find any single slot width 1050 Ti cards. Here is an RX 460 that fits the bill

but you still have the problem of the 240W, it really is too small to add 75W discrete video cards. Unfortunately it is an proprietary design by Dell

I will dig into what if anything can be done about the PSU and get back to you today.

as i got this second hand, it seems i was mistaken about it being all stock, the power supply appears to be 300w but it does have the allowed wattage (bloody just).
