Hello,
I have problem when im olaying games like cs go or pubg or even surfing net and watching videos sometimes its lag or droping fps, and when im manually push fans to 40-80 it works kinda okei, but still its not normal.
I had deleted witg DDU drivers, than reinstaled, tries update newest and couple older version of BIOS, dont know ehat to do.. help me please.

check cpu/gpu temp/usage using hwinfo/msi afterburner and report back. Please list the whole rig specs.
