Gigabyte GTX 1060 6gb problem on asrock ab350m pro4

Hi there
I just bought a second hand GPU (Gigabyte GTX 1060 6gb g1 Gaming) and put it in my rig. Now when I'm making a stress test, the GPU is sounding very bad, but only under full load. I have a video where I show how it sounnds: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GTyW3TNIbjI
So can anyone please help me and give me a tip what this could be. Tomorrow I'm gonna use the GPU on a friends system to see if it is really from the graphics card because i bought my mainboard completly new. And if I is the GPU I can get my money back.

all i hear are fans spinning, you need to turn down the volume of the benchmark. there was what seemed to be crackling in the background is that what you meant?
