Gigabyte GTX 1070 Used Mining GPU

Good day All, I am just confuse if i will avail a Used Mining GPU that was used for mining from december 2017 up to june 2018. He sell's it for only 230$ (12000 phil pesos) is it worth it? I will just used it for gaming. Any body here using a mined used GPU? how was it? thanks for the answers.
