Hello ladies and gentlemen.
I got a very quiet system, specs are in the signature.
When computer is not under load or is under load without using GPU as much - it's whisper quiet. However if I start playing a game and GPU gets involved - it starts making alot of noise.
The GPU is GIGABYTE GTX 1080 8gb with a regular turbine cooling system.
Why didn't I get the version with three fans you might ask? Money is the answer. Mine was $420 and the one with three fans was $520.
My question is: can I change the cooler to a different one and still maintain factory warranty?
If yes which aftermarket cooler you would recommend?

Solution
The loud noise might be due to a broken fan. My first bet would be (if the warranty isn't void yet) sending it back to GIGABYTE and asking for a repair/a new one. I believe the warranty is automagically (sorry, bad pun) void if you install a custom cooler. If you are not concerned by this, the best aftermarket GPU coolers (for as far as I know), are NZXT kraken G10's.
