Question Gigabyte gtx 1660 super 3D active fan cooling appllied to only one fan?

Hello there,

I have a Gigabyte Geforce GTX 1660 6GB OC with 2 fans.. I wonder if its normal that only one fan will stop when idle/lower temperature while the other just keep spinning minimum around 33% speed?

If both fan are working it must be normal for only 1 fan to spin on 2. Some of GPU's model do that. Some have 3 fan and only 2 are running while one is not. The most important thing is that the two fan are running while at full load playing a game.
