gigabyte gtx 650 2GB oc version problem

Hi everyone . I have a cheapish graphics card I wanted the best for as cheap as possible . If it's one of the best for money I don't know . But ok . At the moment I'm playing crysis 3 ultra 1080p and it's a little laggy is this because it's 2 GB or is this because the graphics card .... I saw the max resolution is 4k . Which I'm also interested in but can only play on medium settings on 4k . I'm using a 39 inch TV. Also what does the 2GB mean exactly . In the gtx 2GB

2GB is the amount of RAM available to your cards processor. Frankly you aren't going to be able to play 4k with that card, that is a resolution reserved for but a few upper upper cards like the GTX 980 to play effectively. What is your budget? The 650 is not a very powerful card.
