Gigabyte gtx 660 hissing noise

My gpu is making a hissing noise whenever i go on a graphical game or 3d applications is there anything i can do other than RMA?

Sounds like your describing what we call "coil whine" it's annoying and it happens, I seem to see it on Gigabyte brand cards most often. If it's loud enough that it bothers you RMA it.

It isnt coil whine, i know what that sounds like

Then it would probably be a bad fan bearing. The noise increases when the fan speeds up correct?
