Should I go for the windforce triple cooling or for the zotac little superior performance with its dual cooling?

You shouldn't buy the GTX 680 in the first place. Get the GTX 770, which gives same to better performance.
I suggest the gigayte gtx 770 2GB (for 1 -2 monitors) and 770 4gb for more than 2 monitors.
