Hello guys , i wanna know if i can run a Gigabyte GeForce GTX 750 Ti on my 450W PSU not branded.
PS: i'll not OC my video card !

Specs:
Motherboard : INTEL H61 Gigabyte H61M-51
CPU: INTEL I5-3330 3GHz 3MB Box
Ram : 4GB DDR3 PC10600 kingmax 1333 MHz
HDD: 1TB WD 64MB 5400RPM WD10EZRX
PSU: ATX 450W

Amprage is what matters, not wattage. A GeForce GTX 750 Ti is a 60 Watt card so it should be drawing less than 5.5 Amps from the +12V rail even when running FurMark stability testing.

The 20 Amps that NVIDIA AIB (Add-In Board) partners specify is for a system based on an Intel Core i7 3.2GHz 130 Watt TDP processor. NVIDIA uses a +12V rail current draw of 15 Amps for this reference system.

Your total system draw from the +12V rail, including a GeForce GTX 750 Ti, should be under 15 Amps.

So yes it'd suffice, you're good to go :)
450W will be enough for a 750 Ti,no matter what PSU it is(usually).
It only needs 18A on +12V rail,and the lowest I've seen on OEM PSUs is 20A,so you should be good to go.
Also,it only has a 60W TDP,which means that the 750 Ti is a piece of cake for your PSU.Pretty power efficient,but it gives great performance.

PCIe 2.0 and 3.0 NO difference,1333 MHz RAM and 2400 MHz virtually NO difference.
 


The MoBo has PCIe 3.0, upto 2200MHz RAM support, what else?

H61 has 6 PCI-E lanes but H97 has 8 !
 
Unless he's adding like more than 6 WiFi adaptors, that doesn't make a difference. It should be noted PCIe lanes for GFX are supplied by CPU, which is 16 for both 3rd and 4th gen. The PCIe lanes for chipset is over the x16 for GPU. You won't do anything for even 4 lanes, 1 for Bluetooth, 1 for Wifi, 1 for extra PCIe to SATA adaptor, 3 still remain, what would you do of those?
