Gigabyte GTX 750Ti or Sapphire R9 270x?

So I'm stuck in between buying a Gigabyte GTX 750Ti and a Sapphire R9 270x. So, the R9 270x is more powerful than the GTX 750Ti, but the 750ti is cheaper and has more features like Physx. I'm really stuck, any assistance would be amazing! Thanks!

If you have a high quality PSU of at least 500W and if you game at 1080p and if like to use the highest in-game settings you can, the R9-270X is definitely the way to go. The GTX 750 Ti is no slouch, (especially the factory OC models) but at 1080p it sometimes needs reduced settings to maintain smooth frame rates with low frame times. The 270X will give you lots more headroom there. But there are a couple cards that fall in between those two also; R7-265, R9-270

For £150 budget, you can get a GTX 760 or a R9 270X. You could possibly get a R9 280 if you go a bit higher on the budget.
Check if the psu is adequate before purchasing though.

If he has that much to spend for a card and a high quality PSU of at least 600W and a processor that can keep up... the R9-280 would be my first choice and the GTX 760 my second.
