Gigabyte Gtx 760 vs MSI Gtx 760

Hi guys,im upgrading my graphics card and i dont know which one to get?I can afford both brands but which one to get? Im looking for which one is basically faster. I will not be overclocking. I will be playing games such as battlefield 4 and 3.
Here are my specs:
p8z68-m pro
i5 2500k
8 gb ram
500 watt power supply
1280x1024 resolution

if you cant decide, or if performance are too close, then decide on other factors. like looks, cooling performance, power consumption, size, price, etc

These two cards have excellent cooling and similar performance, Buy any one of them:
1) MSI GTX 760 Twin Frozr Gaming OC edition.
2) Gigabyte GeForce GTX 760 WindForce 3X OC Edition.

The performance differences between non-reference cards are very negligible. Probably 1-3 FPS maximum. I would personally go with the MSI though. It has the same clock speeds as the Gigabyte model, It's quieter, and the MSI TWIN FROZR II cooler is outstanding.

I know this is old, but If someone who's searching for used gpu and is considering one of these, get the msi one, it overclocks better than the gigabyte one. I got my msi one to 1295mhz while gigabyte only to 1200.
