I wanted to share with you guys my experience and issues i confront with Gigabyte GTX 770, lets start with system details:

Motherboard: Asus - P8Z77-V LK
CPU: intel 3770 ivy bridge
Ram: Corsair 4x4 CMZ8GX3M2A1600
HDD: WD Black WD1002FAEX
PSU: Corsair 850TX M

i built my computer before buying Gigabyte GTX 770, i had so many issues after buying and attaching it to my system:
1. Random BSOD while gaming
2. when i make the system sleep for more than 8 hours, the card fans spins very fast make huge noise, obviously the card was misbehaving.

at the beginning i thought its driver issues i tried installing drivers 331.82, 332.21, 334.89 (latest), all with no use. i have unplugged the card and plugged it again in PCIe x16 lane and also problems still persists.

the following steps will be helpful if you faced issues likes mine specially the noisy fan when waking the computer from sleep:

1. Disable ASPM in Power options.
the card seems to be not compatible with windows power saving features, disable ASPM from:
Control Panel >>System and security>>Power Options>>Change Plan Settings>>Change Advanced power setting: under PCI Express set (Link state power setting) to OFF.

2. Adjust bios settings:
* disable integrated graphics iGpu
* disable "Render Standby"
* set Primary Monitor to PCIe
* set PCIe x16 to Gen 3

3. resolving Driver issues
* use http://www.guru3d.com/files_details/display_driver_uninstaller_download.html to unistall the driver from SAFE MODE, install again only Graphics Driver and Physix ONLY(don't chose express install)

4. Power
* Make sure that the card is properly seated in the PCIe x16 lane, attach 6pin + 8pin make sure to apply a little force in plugging them since mine got slipped and unplugged several time because card fans spins fast sometimes while gaming which was causing the unplug then BSOD! in my case.
* download and RUN Furmark http://www.ozone3d.net/benchmarks/fur/ to test that GPU cooling and power is sufficient.

i hope these tips helps someone as it had worked for me, no more BSOD or waking from sleep issues.
