Gigabyte GTX 780ti not enough for Watchdogs?

Ive been having a lot of stuttering and low frames, dropping to almost 6fps while playing. Although it goes up to 45-60 at times. But when driving a car or something fast, it runs around 6-30fps (Even while looking around or moving the mouse 360degrees sometimes). Its clocked to 1155Mhz and 7363Mhz for memory. I even disabled the anti aliasing and alot of gpu heavy loads. Heck, even set the settings from ultra to medium just to get a playable fps.

ALso, I use a 1920x1080p monitor and an oced 3770k.

This might be just an optimization problem. The 2014 Ubisoft's titles like AC Unity and Watchdogs had lot's of bugs and issues. My friend couldn't run Unity on high even though he has 2xGTX 970Ti and my xbox couldn't run the game smoothly either.

I had to disable SLI to get this game running smoothly; using temporal AA I get around 45 FPS average at 2715x1527 DSR. It's really too bad the game has so many performance issues, because I am enjoying it far more than I did GTA V.

Watchdogs is known as one of the worst optimized PC games of 2014 so don't blame your GPU.
