Gigabyte GTX 950 Windforce fan replacement

I need a new fan for this graphics card because one of them doesn't spin correctly and makes a lot of noise and vibrations. What type of fan do I need and where can I buy one in the USA?
Also how do I unplug the single fan from the graphics card? I unscrewed it I just can't figure out how to unplug it (I'm scared to mess it up) a video or some pictures on what to do would be nice.

Double check that its not still under warranty. It should be as Gigabyte windforce usually has a 3 yr warranty and these have only been out about a year and a half.
