Gigabyte GTX 950 Xtreme Gaming vs Gigabyte GTX 960 OC

Gigabyte GTX 950 Xtreme Gaming vs Gigabyte GTX 960 OC (this version - http://www.gigabyte.ph/products/product-page.aspx?pid=5503#ov) not the newer Windforce

I about to purchase a video card this week and I badly need help with these two choices. I know 950 is lower than 960 but this Gigabyte Xtreme Gaming is not to be underestimated I've seen benchmarks being compared to Zotac AMP. However, on the other hand, my thought says "a 960 is a 960".

There's a slight difference on their pricing here in my country (PH) which is about 10$ to 13$ (USD). - 960 has the higher price

I need a blessing from GPU experts in this forum. Which one do you think is the best buy?

Go for the GTX960, for the small difference in price it is the best value. A GTX950 only matches GTX960 when overclocked, so an overclock on a 960 will give you better performance.
