Gigabyte gtx 970 G1 Gaming problem

Hy.I bought the graphic card 2 days ago and i think something is not wright.when i play a game everything is working fine for a few minutes and after that the memory clock goes from 3500 mhz to 3000 mhz lowering the frame rate.gpu clock remains the same.i haven`t overclocked it.default boost clock is 1405.and even if i exit the game the gpu stay`s loaded until i restart the pc.could be a driver problem or is something wrong with my card?

What comes to mind is that your psu might be too weak for the card. What kind of psu do you have?

P1-650S-NLB9 XFX ProSeries 650W Power Supply Unit (Core Edition) i had a gigabyte gtx 770 oc before and everything was fine.the 770 wasw more power hungry than this one

try downloading and installing the latest driver .

Is there a performance hit as well ?

i`m already using the latest drivers.yes there is a performence hit also.what is strange is that even after i quit the game the gpu load is 99% until i restart de pc.in heaven or valley this is not happening.only in games

Then uninstall the drivers and other software and completely and reinstall from scratch using a freshly downloaded copy

reinstalling the windows solved my problem.everything works fine
