So, been running some benchmarks in Firestrike (stock clock speeds) and my video card scores are in the 18000's, while people with this card are getting 20k+ stock. Had it go to 14k for a bit, but I reinstalled the driver (the latest one) and it went back to 18k. Firestrike is being ran in 1080p.

Here's the weird part, GPU-Z is telling me this: http://imgur.com/4Y5VedH

Tried reseating the video card as well, however last time, GPU-Z told me it was running at x2. The PCI version number also likes to change in GPU-Z for some reason, alternating between 1.1 and 3.0.

I'm also running an i5-4690k if that helps, but it shouldn't be bottlenecking the card anyway. Nothing else in any of the PCI slots. Temps ran cool in the benchmark as well.

ASIC quality is 73%, any ideas??

Solution
It's normal when your GTX 980Ti enter idle clocks mode, it's part of the power saving feature.

EDIT: This is referring to the GPu-Z reporting PCIe running at 1.1.
In that screenshot it says your clock is at 1152 Mhz, there is an OC mode on that card that will run base clock at 1190 Mhz. 18000 graphics score sounds normal at that base clock.

Over 20,000 graphics score is overclocked above factory overclocks. Here mine is at 1270 Mhz base clock and above 20,000, they wont hit 20K with stock clocks.
