Gigabyte GTX 980 Ti Gaming 3rd fan broken.

So, I bought my Gigabyte GTX 980 Ti Gaming 6G card couple months back and just today I noticed it started making really awful noice like something would be limiting the fan that it can't spin on the same cycles as the other two fans. I watched and when the fans kick in the other two fans spin and sound normal, but the third one barely spins and keeps making this horrible sound.

I tried taking it of and cleaning all the dust eventhough there were almost none to begin with, but the problem still stands. Is my third fan broken do you think? I thinking about putting it on warranty.

Have you tried spinning the fan with your finger when the power is off? It propably feels a bit different compared to the working fans, most likely busted bearings. Check if the warranty covers this, propably should but might depend on the country you live in.
