All modern graphics cards require a PCIe full length slot ideally running at X16 mode, so yes it will work with that board.

The only thing you need to make sure if you're power supply is up to it. A 660 requires a good PSU- ideally a 500 or 600W unit with a *single* +12V rail.

that PSU is good for thermaltake reputation of terrible PSU's, a good choice though, a decent power supply.

That'll easily be enough and will be supported by your motherboard without any issues.

Yeah that PSU looks fine- single 70A +12V rail and gold efficiency, can't really go wrong
