Gigabyte GTX1070 restarting my PC

Hello, First my PC Specs:
Computer Type: Desktop, custom-built.
Mainboard: Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H
PSU: COOLERMASTER GX LITE 600W
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 1070 Founders Edition
CPU: Intel i5-3450 (Ivy Bridge)
RAM: 8GB HyperX genesis
OS: Windows 10
Nothing overclocked. Bios is updated to the last version (F18).
I am currently struggling with my PC turning off all 5 minutes. It gives me a Kernel-Power Error 41. I disconnected the GTX and now its not turning off and connected my Screen to the Onbard GPU. What do you guys recommend me to do?

Sudden shutdowns are indications of power problems and if you consider that the PSU you have is crap.... there you go. You should really buy a new PSU even if it wasn't the problem. Buy anything that is at least tier 2 from here:

I recommend Seasonic as they are exceptional.

I connected my older GTX670 to my monitor and now the PC seems to be working just fine. Do you really think its the PSU?
