I just bought 750ti last week and it keeps me stucked at the BIOS for a couple of minutes. So i guess the new 750ti is not supported by my pretty old motherboard Biostar A880gz, what to do now? I also tried to get the latest bios update from their website. But to no avail. How can i fix this. Any reply would be appreciated :)

Specs:
Proc: Amd athlon x2 260
Mobo: biostar a880gz
Psu: Seasonic S12 520w
Gpu: Gigabyte gtx750ti

Uhh too bad he doesn't reply. Yep i tried CMOS reset and still have the same problem. Yah the card is bnew.

Video cards have firmware (acts like BIOS) that can be updated/modified. I wasn't sure from your first message if you were trying to update the firmware of your 750ti. Regardless, that should be of no concern at this time.

Are you able to access the BIOS when this hang is happening? Have you tried resetting your BIOS to its default state?

Can't access the BIOS while stucked. How to reset the BIOS? Maybe i haven't tried it yet.

Power down the system. Remove all power sources (power cable, video cable, powered speakers, etc). Then press power button to discharge any residual power in system.

Remove case. Locate motherboard battery and pop it out (pay attention to which side goes up). Wait at least 30 secs and re-install the battery.

Re-connect previously removed connections and power on. The BIOS will be in its default state, so you may need to access the BIOS upon startup to ensure your SATA mode is in the proper setting (AHCI for most users).

How will i know if i reset the Bios properly? What should i see after resetting?

It's fixed now! Thankyou guys. I just used the bios updater and download the 2013 file from biostar website. You have to download the File, dont use the online auto updater because 2012 version is their latest update so update it manually. Solved thanks again! Im not settling now with 2-3mins stucked on BIOS Logo and iam able now to Configurure my Bios settings!
