GIGABYTE GV-N970WF3OC-4GD gtx970 choice

Why is that card cheaper than any other version of gtx 970, would it be a bad choice if I buy this, or should I save up for an msi gaming?
I am a mediocore gamer, and I just want to play in 1080p.

There is no reason for it being cheaper than msi, asus or evga ones.

From what i know, gigabyte has a good quality and a silent cooling system.

Just as an additional information: Asus and EVGA ACX Cards features the "zero fan mode", where your card is absolutely unhearable until the temps go above a specific temperature.
