Hmm. What was the flash for? To be honest, thats where you went wrong.
Perhaps the wrong BIOS version?

Its late, I'm trying to think, but I'm sure thats what happened.
You have to be careful, if you were flashing, say as example the 6800 BIOS,
that would up your voltage .1 and could really screw your GPU up.

Try flashing the originaly BIOS or whatever driver version you were set at
basically your default software...then take it from there. But alot of people screw up their one quads when flashing, either producing a BSOD or lots of artifacts.

As far as voltages are concerned...you have no idea what your talking about.

Seriously....to the original poster. If you fucked up your flash, then you probably cannot even see anything on your screen. You need to either get a pci(not pcie) graphics card inserted into your computer(to see with) so you can reflash your old bios that you dumped and saved.....or you're going to have to blind flash(which I have done, but you probably cannot because you kinda suck)

Another alternative(doubtful) is that you might have onboard graphics that you can use.

Just borrow a pci viddy card and flash your old bios back.
