Question Gigabyte h110m-s2 audio driver ???

hey guys i have a gigabyte h110m-s2 motherboard and i was downloading its driver and there are three audio drivers available, the first one looks ok because of 250+ mb size but 2nd and 3rd driver are only 30mb or so but supports latest windows version. So Which one Should i download ???

Update:- itried installing all the drivers and im not getting realtek audio manager or neither its features in speaker properties

You should install the Realtek HD Audio Driver.
You should install the Realtek Audio Driver that matches your Windows 10 version. In your Windows 10 search window, type "Winver". A window should open telling you what version you have installed (1809 or 1903).
