Gigabyte h110m s2h with pentium g4560 will boot loop and my TV has no signal

Can someone help me try to fix my PC I've just bought all the parts and I've put it together but the motherboard seems to be boot looping. I'm not sure what's the problem. I have 4gb ddr4 ram, GTX 1050, 1tb WD blue, 550w and the pentium g4560

Possibly the board needs a bios update if the board is older.

Strip it down to just 1 stick of memory the CPU, and cpu cooler and see what happens
