Question Gigabyte H170 - Intel I5

Hi guys, I'm illiterate when it comes to PC's so I'll try my best to be get the point across
this is the current hardware I have
-Intel Core I5 6500 @ 3.2GHz
-Gigabyte H170-D3H-CF
-2xDDR4 Trident Z (3200)
-Nvidia GTX 1060 6GB
-PSU is a corsair 500W(don't know model)

1. I've recently bought the Ram and want to know if there's anyway to use XMP profile or increase the Bclk so that I can use the ram at higher than 2100MHz? since the sticks are actually 3200MHz but my mother board is set to run at 2100MHz
My Mobo doesn't allow OC so its blocked in Bios and in Gigabye easytune app.

I want to know if there's a way for me to get through this?

2.Is GPU overclocking good performance increase?

XMP should work even without overclocking options.

I had to go look into it a bit more, you are right, I didn't know that I needed to use page up or down to change values.

It seems my mother board won't let me go past 2133 on the Ram speed
Nothing I can do about that?

There should be at least 2 XMP profile, probably 2400 and 3200.

XMP profile I can change from Disabled to profile 1 .
which then allows me to change the MHZ down below 2133 to different options like 1800~ and even less but I can't go up past 2133.
