Both are stronger at their own places. Depends what you want to do with it. If you are going to overclock your CPU. Then you need a Z270 mobo. If you are not going to overclock your CPU then you need a H270 or B250 mobo. The Z270 is expensive than H270 and B250.

If you're not going to OC a B250 board is the best option, H270 is overpriced.
