Gigabyte h61ms compatibility with my cpu

Hello guys,

I bought an asus h61m-cs mobo recently but when i installed it, it shows cpu not supported. Then i came to know about tdp thing. Asus h61m-cs supports cpu with max 77 watt power but my cpu has 95 tdp. So now i am looking forward to buy GIGABYTE h61ms board. Will it support my cpu.

those are the tested cpu for both mb. is your cpu that you did not list is it on eather mb list??

My cpu is intel i5 2320 3.00 ghz

It is not in asus chart. But it is shown in gigabyte chart. Does that mean the latter support my cpu in every aspect?

The published CPU Support List shows the compatible CPUs for the motherboard model along with the BIOS version.
