Which one is better, i am planing to overclock Intel Core i7 4770K to 4.2-4.5GHZ max? Does and both support two Video Cards, 16GB 1600mhz RAM and Asus GeForce GTX 780?

The Asus Z87-Plus is much better. It allows you to overclock your CPU and it has a lot more features than the other.
