Looking to build a new setup soon, not sure I want to jump on an SLI 700 series config so I'd love to pick up something easy going until next year. This may be my card!

which is clocked at an effective frequency of 5.4 GHz. <-- problem here. if they get it run at 6Ghz(or even 7GHz) it would be much better than OC the GPU itself.

Almost a 20% overclock... looks like it'll make a significant difference on memory-light workloads. The memory overclock of less than 10% is disappointing, though. Still, if you can push that memory to 6GHz, you'd probably be able to consistently beat cards like the R9 270X, even if they were selling at their original price.

To this very day i still cannot understand why the hell their low and mid-range GPU PCBs are still blue. Their low to mid-range motherboards PCB changed to black but yet their GPU PCBs are still blue!!? This was the sole reason why i did not buy a Gigabyte GTX 6 series GPU to go with my Z77X UD5H motherboard, cause of that damn blue PCB.

I still think that EVGA's FTW card is better than this one because of the headroom, but we'll have to see how far you can push Gigabyte's version!EVGA's ACX cooler looks wayyy better than this one with the ugly blue pcb color.

I just bought this card for a home theater slash gamer pc. It is hooked up to my 60 inch LG led tv. I have built a few desktop gaming machines and home theater pcs for friends and family. So I consider myself pretty well informed. I picked this card up on sale for 160.00 after rebate which for the specs I thought was a really good deal! Guys do not shy away from this card I was very impressed. Very crisp sharp graphics for the price point. This card can keep up to some of the higher price cards on other builds I've done. Another feature I really liked as well is the two full size HDMI ports awesome for projector or like I have a big screen easy to hook up. I really like this card anyone looking for affordable performance will too!
