Gigabyte MB & K6III+

Does anyone know if a bios upgrade for the Gigabyte GA-586T2 is available that will recognize the k6III+ 450MHZ. The chip works fine in the board, however, the bios lists it as a 486 and it looks as if the on die cache may not be enabled. The cpumark results show that it is only running as fast as a k6II 450MHZ.

CPUMARK score 30. I haven't tried CPUIDLE yet I'll give it a shot thanks.
