Hi! Good day!

I was trying to install windows 10, but I always get a BSOD with error code: ACPI BIOS ERROR.
All I know is that it means my bios is nor ACPI COMPLIANT. So what I tried to do is update my bios, but all versions I tried is not working and ends up with "COPY BIOS FAILURE" in Q-Flash.
So is there something wrong with my motherboard? What should I do? Also, my USB PORTS are not working (even after disabling and enabling LEGACY USB). Thanks in advance

RAM is okay, HDD is okay, SATA cables checked.

Specs:

CPU:Core2Duo E5300 2.60ghz
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-EP41-UD3L rev. 1.0 (Bios ver. unknown)
RAM: Kingston 1gb x 2 800mhz
HDD: Toshiba 500gb 100/100 7200rpm
PSU: True Rated 500w psu\
GPU: Asus GTX 750ti

last bios version for that boad was dated 2010/04/22
generally you would need a board with a bios version from 2012 or newer to get windows 10 to work.
you might be able to get around the problem by going into bios and turning off ACPI in bios
see this
https://www.thewindowsclub.com/acpi_bios_error_windows
it says you can hit f7 key during the storage drivers page and it will disable ACPI
(never tried it before, but it might get you thru the install.)

Actually I already installed windows 10 on this set up. It ran no problem. After I upgraded to a new pc I took out the HDD on that set up and used it in the new set up. Now, I want to use to old one as a second pc for the family. When i tried to install it, the cmos "i think" already gone bad. So I replaced it, which fixed the issue of not getting into bios. But still the problem stated above still persist.
