Gigabyte motherboard BIos issue

hi i have the gigabyte ga-990fxa-d3 motherboard and recently tried to update my motherboard bios but after it had installed through @bios using a downloaded file from the gigabyte website, now it won't turn on any suggestion

sapphire 7770 Ghz 1gb oc video card
500w silverstone bronze 80+ psu
seagate barracuda 6400 rpm 500gb
