Question Gigabyte Motherboard Black Screen With Cursor

Gigabyte H81mDS2 motherboard, so everything was fine than windows crashed and went into bootloop, no BIOS settings nothing, so after removing all components i now turned it on and i have this blank screen with static cursor, tried flashing BIOS with usb but all i see is this cursor.
What should i do? Tried clearing CMOS and everything. Nothings working...
