GIGABYTE Motherboard produces black screen only when accessing BIOS

Im currently running Windows 7 on my GIGABYTE GA-F2A85X-D3H Motherboard. Im trying to reinstall a clean version of Win 7 as I'm having issues.

The current version of Win 7 works fine etc, but it does need replacing. I've created a normal Windows 7 Boot USB to install it all.

However when I try to access the BIOS to change the boot order, I can't. Pressing DEL, F12 or even F9 (which is what the user manual says to do) simply return a black screen. No noise, image or cursor.

I just want to access the BIOS, however everything I try just gives me a black screen. Any help would be really good!

Resolved the issue myself

The issue is with the GIGABYTE board and HDMI, if you switch over to VGA everything works fine!
