So, I'm building a PC that needs to be equipped with DDR4 memory. This Gigabyte motherboard is super cheap for a motherboard that supports DDR4 (and quality motherboards in general) - http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-motherboard-gah110ma

This other motherboard from Asrock is double the price, and still gives me everything that I need - http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asrock-motherboard-b150gamingk4

Which should I get? My processor is an Intel core i5 6600.

If you need more info, please ask.

UPDATE:
Here are the two builds that I am considering. One has the Gigabyte motherboard and one has the Asrock

You selected the Intel Core i5-6600K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor... so I suppose you are considering overclocking sometime, but none of the motherboard chipsets readily supports overclocking... or SLI, only the ASRock supports Crossfire.

The Gigabyte GA-H110M with H110 chipset is supposed to support overclocking with a BIOS update but doesn't match the speeds achieved with the Intel Z or the X99 Chipsets.
