Solution

Test the card in another computer with a good enough power supply to run it. If it does not work there either, it's a dead card.
i tried to clean it gave it heat of sun and refitted it but it is still doing the same thing i connected the monitor and same vga cable with another cpu and it worked and then i connected the monitor and same vga cable with my cpu again but this time i took the card out of cpu and connected the vga cable with another slot of vga in cpu and it is working without graphic card with which i am posting this post and posted last time so what do i do?please help me

Hmm, a quick question- when you've plugged the new card in- have you tried to see if there is output on the integrated graphics port? It might be you need to change a setting in the bios to enable the graphics card...

I'd need to know some more details about your computer to help further (e.g. type of cpu and motherboard etc).

i dont have any other card except for gt 430 without it my pc is working and i have intel dg41wv mobo and intel dual core e5700 3.0 processor and i dont understand about this intergrated graphics port thing you mentioned

Well if you're pc works without the graphics card- you must plug your video cable into a port on the motherboard correct?

When you plug the gt 430 in you have to plug the video cable into a port on the graphics card itself as the motherboard graphics port will be disabled...
